  terrible. 10 mins to clean my teeth and charged $150 from my extras. I was really looking forward to getting a thorough teeth clean (my first in 12 months) and was horrified they think 10 mins is OK??
  
  then after I complained, I went back again and they took about 20 mins...
  
  Avoid going to Chatswood
  
  total waste of time and money. I've been with HCF since 21 and I'm now 32 and this experience has made me want to change providers
