Centrelink Service Centre

Terrible customer experience and insufficient staff service capability with this Chatswood branch. Was there at 8.30am on 20/04/18 and the lady who signed in the customers was rude, impatient and couldnt be bothered to listen to the needs of the walk-ins. This was not just towards me but others too. I was told to leave given that my needs were not supposed to be attended in their branch and they didnt not have any capability in house to provide advice. Ironically the same issue got attended and solved smoothly in the Marrickville branch today. The staff from Marrickville was friendly, helpful and even went extra mile to answer the questions I had. This Chatswood branch has a lot work to do in order to improve its service level - would highly recommend anyone to avoid and go to a different centre if you can.

no numbering system like wat? massive lines

had to wait so long because they cant be bothered employing a asian speaking reception to translate just got the european lady and everyone has to go through her

if they employed a translator everything would be so much faster preferrably with less temper

grading this place just like any other service so yeh 1 star
